Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was done so in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following details:

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, MCTC may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights, in accordance with applicable laws.
