Counter-Notification Procedure

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court, or if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial body.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, MCTC may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate access to users who are found to repeatedly infringe copyrights in accordance with applicable law.
